True North Marketing's Winning Strategy

Ryan McSpadden and Cory Boggs founded True North Marketing in 2019, after seeing the great potential the Denver market had to offer our fortune 500 Clients. Since opening our doors, that potential became a reality and we have successfully managed to drive up profits for our clients while providing job opportunities throughout a pandemic. Specializing in Sales and Marketing, we have become one of the fastest-growing firms all throughout the Denver Metro area. True North Marketing is currently representing some of the largest and most well-known clients across the technology, entertainment, and communications industries.

A Successful Career Starts Here

Entry Level

In the Entry Level position, you will learn how to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our Fortune 500 clients. You will be the first in line of contact for our new and existing customers. A big part of the Entry Level role is customer service along with learning and utilizing product knowledge.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns. The Account Manager will step into a leadership role by training Entry Level and new Account Managers our award-winning system for optimal productivity. In this position you will expand on your communication skills that will be required to move forward.

Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager your "behind-the-scenes" responsibilities will begin, as you will begin developing your business administration skills. In this role you will be responsible for vendor relationship management, overseeing a team of individuals, and presiding over payroll and finances. With our globally known clients they are looking for us to grow into their massive footprint. Thus, the most important role of the Assistant Manager is the planning of expansion for our clients.

Market Manager

This position starts with brand management. The Market Manager is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in their territory. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales operation and making sure the in-store marketing campaigns represent our client's standard, along with our standards.

Ryan McSpadden

Market Manager

Ryan is one of the Market Managers for the Denver True North team. He is from Austin, Texas, and attended Dallas Baptist University. He obtained his degrees in Kinesiology and business. Ryan joined the business in October of 2018 and helped to lead and open our Denver territory office. Ryan is passionate about business operations and leads our team to reach all of our quotas and goals.

Olivia Shalaby

Market Manager

Olivia started working with True North in September of 2019 shortly after moving to Denver. When we met Olivia we knew she was going to be a tremendous asset to our Denver team, with her upbeat personality and incredible work ethic! After moving from Dubai, Olivia went to the The University of Wisconsin-Superior where she majored in Multimedia Communication with a focus on Journalism. After being a successful news reporter for three years in Wisconsin, Olivia decided to up and move to Denver where she found a position here at True North.

Cory Boggs

Market Manager

Cory grew up in southern Ohio. He went to Ohio University in Athens, OH, graduating with a degree in both the Arts and Psychology. In 2016, he co-founded a business while also working in wildlife rehabilitation. Succeeding the opening of his business’ second branch in Ohio, Cory realized he wanted more than his small town could provide. Subsequently, Cory moved to Colorado in late 2019 and joined the True North team. Cory has dramatically helped us expand multiple campaigns in the Denver market. His energy and excitement will take him far and we are excited to have a front-row seat to his continued success!

Austin Tunquist


Austin is originally from Stockton, CA, and moved here to attend Colorado University, Denver. Prior to working at True North Marketing, he was working as a bartender. Austin was looking for a career and found True North Marketing. He started working here in August of 2020 and has quickly progressed through the management training program, being one of the highest producers within our office. He loves the potential of becoming his own boss and running the show one day, in a market of his own! He is excited to progress in the business and we cannot wait to see his success continue to flourish!
